We like to think of ourselves as personal chefs rather than caterers. That's why we always prepare everything on-site at your residence or venue of choice. We want you and your guests to be involved in the creative act, to experience the art of sushi from beginning to end.
Our seafood is transported on ice directly from the distributors to your event. Only the freshest tuna is used at our caterings. We are always looking at different distributors for the very best tuna we can find. For crab sushi preparations, only fresh crab is prepared — never imitation crab. We also serve fresh farm-raised Japanese yellowtail, never frozen.
All sushi rolls are cut bar-style into 8 pieces, and ponzu, garlic ponzu, spicy aioli, Chili sauce, and eel sauce are always provided. Please let us know if you have any special requests — we can do it all. Please note, fluctuating seafood market prices affect our menu costs. The chef’s rate is $100 per hour in addition to menu costs.
